It joins the call.

Visible in the roster. It says so in the chat. Nobody is recorded without knowing.

It writes the brief.

Summary, decisions, action items with owners, open questions, and a transcript you can search.

Before you leave.

Not that evening. Not tomorrow. It is waiting when you hang up.

The meeting loop

Every meeting picks up
where the last one stopped.

Brieflee carries each meeting into the next one: a brief before it, an agenda that is kept, and minutes the people who were there agree.

  1. A brief before the call

When a call follows an earlier one with the same client, project or calendar series, a brief is waiting: what was decided last time, what the agenda did not finish and every promise still open.

    Every plan
  2. Agenda, kept

Type the agenda on the meeting in your calendar. Afterwards each item reads covered, partly or not reached, and anything not reached is offered to the next meeting.

    Every plan
  3. Agreed minutes

Send the minutes to the people who were there. Each one opens them from a link, with no account, suggests a change to any line and confirms them. You see who has.

    Pro and Enterprise
  4. Formal minutes

For boards and committees: present, apologies, quorum, items and resolutions, approved by the chair and downloaded as Word or PDF.

    Enterprise

Emails count too. Paste one, or drop a saved email, PDF or Word file, onto a coming meeting or its report, and what it asked for is checked against what was said. Nothing reads your mailbox.

Everything after the call,
in one place.

Asked

Answers across meetings.

File a meeting under its type, its client and its project, then ask one question of everything, or of one client, one project or one month. Every answer shows the moment in the transcript where it was said.

In your assistant

Ask in Claude or ChatGPT.

Install Brieflee from ChatGPT's plugins, or add it to Claude as a connector, and ask about your meetings there. At work, an admin can connect Microsoft 365 Copilot or Gemini Enterprise. They read your meetings and change nothing.

Decided

Decisions with a history.

What every meeting decided, on one page. Mark a decision as replacing an earlier one and both are kept, so a reversal shows what it replaced.

Imported

Calls it never joined.

Bring in a recording, a document or pasted text. It comes back as a meeting with the same brief, filed like every other one.

Tasks

Every promise
gets an owner.

Brieflee hears what was promised and turns it into tasks with an owner, inside your team or outside it.

  • Heard, then confirmed. What was promised arrives as suggested tasks. Approve or reject them one by one, or a whole meeting at once.
  • Given to anyone. With or without a Brieflee account. On Pro and Enterprise Brieflee emails it; on any plan you can send it on WhatsApp from your own phone.
  • Answered from a link. Working on it, Done or Not done yet. The answer comes back to you, and they can add the task to their calendar or to Outlook Tasks.
  • Raised again, kept as one. When a later meeting brings it up again, it joins the task already open and says how many meetings raised it.
  • Sent where you work. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Microsoft To Do or Google Tasks, and only when you press Send.

One meeting assistant.
Every team.

Before you ask.

The questions worth settling first, answered plainly.

01 / 13

Yes. The notetaker joins as a visible participant and posts a short notice in the meeting chat saying the call is being recorded and transcribed. Recording people without telling them is not a feature.
