DealEngineer
AI deal intelligence for sales teams
What DealEngineer does
DealEngineer is an AI meeting assistant for sales teams. A notetaker joins your call as a participant and transcribes it. During the call it shows private, in-app guidance — suggested replies, the next best question, and risk and objection flags — in a side panel that only you can see on Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom. After the call it writes a summary and a list of action items, and can push them to your CRM or task list. Summaries also reference your earlier meetings with the same people, including commitments that are still open.
How DealEngineer uses your Google account
Connecting a Google account is optional and is only used to power the features below. DealEngineer requests these scopes:
- openid, email, profile — to identify the Google account you connected and show you which account is linked.
- Google Tasks (auth/tasks) — to create and update tasks in your Google Tasks list, so action items captured in a meeting can be pushed to your task list when you ask for it.
- Google Calendar, read-only (auth/calendar.readonly) — to read your upcoming calendar events so DealEngineer can prepare a brief for each meeting and join the meetings you choose. DealEngineer never creates, edits or deletes calendar events.
DealEngineer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalized AI models.
