No meeting is ever cut short, and video is the only thing a plan gates. Tools that sell “unlimited meetings” still cap how long one may run (an hour on their free tier, four on the paid one) and stop recording when you reach it. Nothing here stops mid-call: a long meeting simply spends the hours it uses. Playing back the audio, single sign-on, SCIM and the audit log are on every plan including Free, where elsewhere they mean a top-tier contract with a seat minimum. You are choosing how many hours you need, not which capabilities you unlock. And if you need a DPA or hours pooled a different way, .

Bigger team, or a security review with opinions?

We set up SAML and SCIM with you, answer the questionnaire ourselves, and can pool hours differently if your team runs that way. The DPA is already written.

Before you pick

Do you train models on my calls?

No. We do not use your meeting content to train models, on any plan. Who processes what, and where it sits, is listed on subprocessors and in the DPA.

Is there a free trial?

No, because the Free plan is how to try Brieflee: no card and no time limit, with meetings, reports and an hour of live coaching to start with. Pro and Enterprise start when you add a card, and you can cancel anytime.

Do unused hours expire?

No. Purchased hours and unused plan hours stay on your account until you use them. Free works differently: its 1 hour of coaching is given once, when you sign up, and is not topped up.

What counts as an hour?

One hour of live meeting time, with a ten-minute grace, so a 65-minute call still costs one. A two-and-a-half hour call uses three. Most calls run under an hour and cost exactly one.

Are meetings unlimited?

On Pro and Enterprise, yes, within fair use: up to 60 hours of meetings a month on Pro, and up to 120 hours a person on Enterprise. Free includes 3 hours a month. Past that, new meetings start again on the first of the next month. On a paid plan a meeting already running is never cut off; on Free it stops recording when the hours run out, with a warning ten minutes before. Phone app recordings do not count towards these hours.

Is phone recording unlimited?

Recording and transcripts on the phone app are unlimited on every plan. Reports follow fair use: on Free, for the first 300 minutes of phone recording each month; on Pro, up to 5 a day; on Enterprise, up to 10 a day. A recording past that keeps its transcript.

Why is the table mostly ticks?

Because nothing is locked behind a plan. Every capability is on Free too; the plan decides how many hours of meetings you get and whether they pool across a team.

What happens when I run out?

Past summaries and history stay readable. Without coaching hours, meetings are still recorded and summarised, just without live coaching, until you top up or new plan hours arrive. Once a month’s meeting hours are used, new meetings start again on the first of the next month.
