  • File every meeting under its client and project
  • Tasks wait for your review, then move from open to done

Pro is $15 a month, no yearly contract. Free plan: 3 hours of meetings a month, no card needed.

Why Brieflee

Your storage, your clients, your tasks.

Your storage, not ours

Connect Amazon S3, Azure, Google Cloud, SFTP, OneDrive or Google Drive. Recording, video, transcript, summaries and exports are all written to storage you own, encrypted in transit and at rest. On every plan, the free one included.

Filed by client and project

Name the client and the project on any meeting. Then filter your meetings, tasks and decisions by them, or ask a question about one client and Brieflee reads only that client's meetings.

Tasks you approve

Action items arrive as suggestions. You confirm the real ones and dismiss the rest, and each one moves from open to in progress to done, linked to the line in the call where it was said.

How it records

With a notetaker, or without one.

Choose what suits the meeting. The minutes are the same either way.

A notetaker joins

Connect Google Calendar or Outlook and Brieflee joins the Teams, Zoom and Google Meet meetings you choose, or paste any meeting link. It appears in the participant list and posts a notice in the chat.

Nothing joins

The Brieflee desktop app for Windows and Mac records the call from your computer, both sides of the conversation, so no notetaker appears. Use it where outside guests are not let in, and tell the people on the call that it is running. Download the app

Already recorded

Import a recording, a document or pasted text, and it comes back as a meeting with the same write-up. Recordings up to 100 MB; pdf, docx, txt or markdown documents.

After every meeting

What you get, without typing a word.

Summary

What the meeting was about and where it landed, in a few lines.

Decisions

Each decision on its own line, kept in a list you can search across all your meetings.

Action items

With owners and due dates, each linked to the line in the transcript where it was said. Send them to your CRM or task list.

Transcript and recording

Every line, searchable, with the recording to play back from any point.

Ask across meetings

Ask one question across all your meetings and see the moment in the call it was said.

Brief before the next call

What was decided last time, what is still owed and the agenda left unfinished.

Minutes people sign off

From notes to minutes of record.

For meetings where the minutes have to be agreed, or approved.

Agenda keeper

Type the agenda before the meeting. Afterwards each item reads covered, partly covered or not reached, and what was not reached is offered to the next meeting.

Agreed minutes

Send the minutes to the people who were there. Each of them confirms a line or asks for a change, from a link, with no account. On Pro and Enterprise.

Formal minutes

For boards and committees: present, apologies, quorum, items and resolutions, approved by the chair and downloaded as Word or PDF. On Enterprise.

Questions

Before you start.

Will people on the call know it is there?
Yes. The notetaker joins as a visible participant and posts a short notice in the meeting chat saying the call is being recorded and transcribed. With the desktop app nobody sees a notetaker, so you tell the people on the call that it is running.
Which apps and calendars does it work with?
Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom for the call itself, and Google Calendar and Outlook to find your meetings and join the ones you choose. The desktop app also records Webex.
Which languages does it transcribe?
58 languages, including Arabic and Urdu. You choose the language, so it is never guessed.
Is there a free plan?
Yes: 3 hours of meetings a month, with no card. Pro is $15 a month, or $12.75 a month billed yearly. See every plan
Where is it hosted, and is my data used for training?
Our servers, database and stored media are in Frankfurt, in the EU. We do not use your meeting content to train models, on any plan. More on security and privacy.
